The short version. We use a few essential cookies so the site and its forms work. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to see which pages are helpful. Analytics does not load until you click “Accept All” or turn it on in Cookie preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your information. You can change your choice at any time with , which is also at the bottom of every page.
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Sites use them to remember settings, keep forms secure, or count visits. A similar tool called “local storage” lets a site save small settings in your browser. A cookie set by the site you are visiting is a “first-party” cookie. A cookie set by another company’s content on the page is a “third-party” cookie.
The first time you visit, a banner at the bottom of the page asks about cookies. You can:
Until you choose, analytics stays off. We remember your choice for 12 months, and then ask again. To change it, click here or at the bottom of any page. If you turn analytics off, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser the next time you load one of our pages.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a “no” to analytics and do not show the banner. You can still turn analytics on yourself in Cookie preferences.
These are always on, because the site needs them to work.
Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts. Google Fonts does not set cookies, but Google does receive your IP address and browser details so it can send the fonts. See our Privacy Policy.
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4, a service from Google LLC. It tells us things like how many people visit, which pages they read, which buttons they click (for example “Call” or “Get the Free Checklist”), whether a guide or webinar sign up was completed, and the general area and type of device they use. We look at this in summary form to improve the site.
We set Google Analytics up to protect your privacy:
Google handles this data under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can also block Google Analytics on every website with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
The sign up forms on our free guide and webinar pages, and the consultation calendar, are provided by our customer relationship management and email platform and shown inside our page. When one of those pages loads, the form may use:
Neither of these is used for advertising or to follow you to other websites. The form provider may change the cookies it uses. We check this list when we update the Site.
If we ever add a new kind of cookie, we will update this policy and ask for your permission again before it loads.
You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Most browsers have a “Privacy” or “Site data” section where you can do this. If you block the form provider’s security cookie, the guide and webinar forms may not work. If that happens, you can call us at (954) 636-0465 or email info@jrandlelaw.com, and we will send the guide or sign you up for the webinar ourselves.
We may update this policy when the cookies on the Site change. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we add a new kind of optional cookie, we will ask for your choice again.
For more on how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
Choose which cookies you allow. Essential cookies always load because the site needs them. The Cookie Policy lists every one.
Remember your cookie choice and keep our forms secure against spam.
Google Analytics counts visits and shows us which pages and buttons people use, so we can improve the site. We turn off Google’s advertising features, and we never send your name, email, or message to Google.
