The short version. We collect what you choose to send us, such as your name, email, phone number, and a short note about your situation. We use it to answer you, send the free guide or webinar link you asked for, and follow up about it. We do not sell your information. We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with anyone for their marketing. We use Google Analytics only if you allow it, and we do not use advertising cookies. Sending us a message does not make you a client, so please do not send confidential details through this site.
This policy covers J. Randle Law, PLLC, a Florida professional limited liability company led by James Randle, Esq. (“the firm,” “we,” or “us”). It applies to the website at www.jrandlelaw.com and all of its pages, forms, free guides, and event sign ups (the “Site”).
We are a virtual law practice. Our mailing address is PO Box 840313, Pembroke Pines, FL 33084. We do not have a walk-in office.
We do not use advertising pixels, session recording, or heat map tools on this Site.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, medical records, or confidential details about your legal matter through a website form, a text message, or regular email. If we agree to represent you, we will tell you how to share that kind of information safely.
We do not use your information for automated decisions about you, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
If you check a text message box on one of our forms, we may text the phone number you gave us. One box covers messages about your request, such as your guide or webinar reminders. The other covers marketing messages, such as legal updates and event invitations. Checking either box is optional, and you do not need to agree to texts to get a guide, register for a webinar, or hire the firm.
Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. After you reply STOP, we will send one message to confirm, and then no more texts unless you sign up again.
We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are excluded from every kind of sharing described in this policy. The only companies that handle your mobile number are the service providers that send the messages you asked for on our behalf.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this Site and talk with you. They may use it only to provide their services to us:
We may also share information when the law requires it, such as to answer a subpoena or court order, to protect the rights or safety of the firm or others, or as part of a transfer of the firm’s practice as allowed by the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
We use one essential cookie to remember your cookie choice. The embedded forms may set one short-lived security cookie and save a small setting in your browser so the form displays correctly. Google Analytics cookies load only if you allow them in our cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a “no” to analytics. You can change your choice at any time with . Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie.
Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights under your state’s law. We will answer any request within the time the law requires. Some information, such as client files, we may have to keep even if you ask us to delete it, because the law or Florida Bar rules require it. We will tell you if that applies.
Using this Site, filling out a form, signing up for a guide or webinar, or sending us an email or text does not create an attorney-client relationship. It also does not make what you send privileged or confidential. You become a client only after the firm checks for conflicts of interest and you and the firm sign a written agreement. Until then, please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through this Site.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections for every page and form on this Site. No website, email, or text message is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information sent over the internet will never be seen by others. Regular email and text messages are not secure ways to send confidential information.
This Site is meant for adults looking for legal help. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
The firm is based in Florida and serves clients in Florida. If you visit from another country, your information will be sent to and kept in the United States, where privacy laws may be different from those where you live. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we use your information to answer the requests you make (to take steps at your request), for our legitimate interest in running and protecting the Site, to meet legal duties, and, for text messages, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make a big change to how we use your information, we will also change the “Effective” date and, where the law requires, let you know in another way.
