The short version. This website shares general information about Florida law and about the firm. Nothing here is legal advice. Using the site, our forms, a free guide, or a webinar does not make you a client. Please do not send confidential information through the site. This site is attorney advertising, Florida law governs these terms, and the site is provided “as is.”
The website at www.jrandlelaw.com (the “Site”) is run by J. Randle Law, PLLC, a Florida professional limited liability company (“the firm,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Everything on this Site, including our pages, free guides, emails, and webinars, is general information only. It is not legal advice about your situation. Laws change, and the right answer depends on your facts. Please do not act, or decide not to act, based on anything on this Site without talking to a licensed attorney about your own matter.
Using this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Neither does filling out a form, downloading a guide, attending a webinar, calling, emailing, or texting us. You become a client only after the firm checks for conflicts of interest and you and the firm sign a written agreement.
Until then, please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through the Site, by email, or by text. Information you send before you become a client may not be kept confidential or privileged. If you have a deadline, such as a court date or a deadline to file a claim, please call us at (954) 636-0465 instead of relying on a form.
This Site is attorney advertising under the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. James Randle, Esq. (Florida Bar No. 1059040) is the attorney responsible for its content. He is admitted to practice law only in Florida.
Every case is different. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome, and no result is promised. The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely upon advertisements.
Our guide and webinar forms let you choose to receive text messages. One optional box covers messages about your request, such as webinar reminders. A second optional box covers marketing messages, such as legal updates and event invitations, from J. Randle Law, PLLC.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to:
The Site and its content, including text, guides, graphics, logos, the J. Randle Law name, and page design, belong to the firm or the people who licensed them to us. They are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may print or download a page or a guide for your own personal, noncommercial use. Please do not copy, sell, or republish our content without written permission.
The Site may link to other websites, such as The Florida Bar, and uses outside services to run our forms and webinars. We do not control those websites or services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises of any kind about the Site, including that it is accurate, complete, current, fit for a particular purpose, or free of errors, interruptions, or viruses.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the firm and its attorneys and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, that come from your use of the Site or your inability to use it. This is true even if we were told such damages were possible. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law or under the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
If your misuse of the Site, or your breaking of these terms, leads to a claim against the firm or its attorneys or staff, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, to the extent the law allows.
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the Site will be brought only in the state or federal courts for Broward County, Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
These Terms of Use are general information, not legal advice, and reading them does not create an attorney-client relationship.
